All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

UK Orders:

All orders are sent gift wrapped if you would like to add a personalised note please leave it in your comments

Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders   3-5 days

If you require your gift urgently please contact us at anne-marie@viatheocean.co.uk and we will do our very best to get it to you the next day (may incur additional cost)

Items will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For or Special delivery                                                                                                                     

EU & Rest of World Orders:

International Recorded & Signed For Service: £10.00  5-7 working days                                                                               

Please note that someone will need to sign for your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left informing you of your local collection depot. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs of any items that are returned to us as 'undeliverable'. Items ordered after midday on Fridays, will not be shipped until the following Monday. Any import duty or taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
