Refund Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from Via The Ocean, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item, you can do so within 14 days, as long as the following terms are adhered to:
In the first instance please contact to explain the problem, we will then give you details of how to return the product.
Returned items must not have been worn or damaged and must come with all the original packaging and labels. Please note that earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. If a refund is requested, we will refund the full price of the piece minus the postage fees (unless the item is faulty and we will refund the postage too). 

We would always advise that items are returned to us via recorded or special delivery as this service is traceable and covers insurance.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange (unless faulty).
